The thing that is closest in real world to the life-threatening labyrinth of King Minos—or, if you like, the main one through the film Labyrinth—is a system of tunnels underneath the city of Odessa, Ukraine. They truly are the background when it comes to tragic story of Masha, an innocent partygoer who ventured on to the depths with some buddies, took a wrong change or two, and got lost forever.
But despite being passed away across the internet as reality, there clearly was documentation that is little support the legend of Masha. Like information that is most about these catacombs, just Ukrainian cave explorers also claim to learn the information.
Based on the 2009 forum post on Urban Explorer’s Resource (UER) with a catacombs explorer known as Eugene Lata, whom brought Masha’s tale towards the world that is english-speaking the tale starts late on brand brand New 12 months’s time (or perhaps New Year’s Eve) in 2005.
